Call diamond pacific. They have a great guy there (forget hiss name) and he will walk you through taking the pump apart to clean the gunk that is causing it to stick. I do the cleaning at least once a year and it is easy. Take off the left side wheels, loosen the pump screws so you can lower it to remove the belt. Then you can slip out the assembly and clean it good with acetone.
