I have only tried to wrap a faceted stone once and gave up. I am amazed when someone can do it so well as you have! Great job! Fran

I agree,
Heat your slab a little 150-170 degrees F) and apply a thin super glue to the areas that are giving you grief. As the slab cools, it will pull the glue into the loose areas and give stability while you are cutting it. Peitersite is too expensive to even waste the edges.

I recently received my wraps from Randy held snugly secure by some slabs. A very nicely packed box! I have already started planning some cabs but had to run them out today while there was light to get some pictures of them. Randy, you will need to ID a few of these for me. Norena Jasper. My husband loved these so I will try to get something for him made out of them. Graveyard Polkadot agate. I keep seeing little halloween goblins or ghosties in them. I will see if I can capture them better once cabbed. Some Brazillian I suspect I am not sure what these next three are but I love them! Thank you Randy!!! Fran

Beautiful slabs! I would guess the first is a gary green and the second is a mookite. Gary green commonly has those fractures and pits in it and mookite is very hard. Fran

That is really amazing material! There is so much going on in it! Even the matrix, jasper looking area looks like it will be good to cab! Fran

beautiful material and it is good to keep that beauty simple on the wrap. I have a bunch that are ready to groove wrap if I ever get around to it.

Really nice cab. Not familiar with how that cabs up. Is it just like a jasper? Fran
