Daniel (deb193redux) sent me a box of green love. I mentioned how I love the greens and he sent me a whole SFRB of a bunch of different green slabs.
This one looks like an actinolite and chrysotile.
This is one from Daniel's thread: forum.rocktumblinghobby.com/index.cgi?action=display&board=sawingb&thread=53621&page=1
My pic is coming out a little gold than it really is. The light green has shimmer. It cuts like quartz.

It was very firm and cut like Kambaba. To me, it really reminded me of Stromatolite.
A Birdseye Serpentine
A Chrysocolla and Hematite (did I get that right?)
A Fancy Bloodstone. Man, this stuff is hard.
A piece of high grade Jade
I really love this. It's an Iforgetite (Daniel did you remember the name yet?)
I have to say, these are some of the nicest, cleanest cuts I've ever seen. Daniel does exceptional cutting.
Daniel, thank you.
I had some time today and I got busy cutting my cab shapes. They don't compare to Daniel's virtual cabs, but I tried real hard.
Here are my preforms.
Closeups.
All pics are taken wet, but they tried to dry out, as you can see. I got to work on shaping the cabs, but had to stop 'cause we got a call that company's coming over tomorrow and I had to break down my cabbing station and clean the rig. I'll continue to work on these after they leave and I can make a mess again, LOL.
Daniel, these were so neat to play with. I'll post pics of the finished cabs as soon as they are finished. Thank you again!!
Jo
