Has anyone heard from BuiltonRock. I know he was moving but he hasn't logged in since the end of May.
Just wondering,

What a neat Birthday gift. You only want the water and additive just above the diamond on the blade, at least that is what I was told, as far as the additive, I only use about 1 tablespoon to a quart of water. As far as what or how to use your new saw. Besides cutting brick style rocks, you can also glue smaller rocks that you want slabbed on board ends, like 1x1 or 2x2, these can then be clamped into your vice. Good luck and congrats. Tammy I am sure that if I have anything incorrect, that there are plenty of people on here that will steer you in the right direction.

Yes, my first thought was rock hard, but it did take awhile before anyone else mentioned it. Great slab, can't wait to see the cab.

I have never tried polymer clay because I don't think that I am that talented, I guess I am only as talented as my last rock. Great job. Tammy

Great topic, I have had this question myself. I have some stones that I think would be great stones except that there are some imperfections. What a great fix.

A great study, if I could only cut a regular cab, then if I could only polish...

That is a great piece. You did a great job on the wrap and had a great deal of help with the stone, what a great job Wampidy did on the stone. Great job both of you.
