Looks like the interior of a stamped steel type 2pc pillow block with upper and lower parts. The smaller black part should have a set screw that you loosen if you can twist it the thing should separate from the bearing and bearing should come right off. Of course i'm talking if it's a clean shaft yours is not. I don't think they are pressed on but I could be wrong. It might seem like it if the shaft isn't cleaned up really good. Not sure what size you have but here's an example of 3/4". Question is would it be the same dimensions try one and find out if no luck from lortone. This one doesn't use the extra set collar but instead the setscrews are on the bearing shaft itself: www.ebay.com/itm/3-4-Pressed-Steel-Stamped-Steel-Pillow-Block-2-Bolt-/160399843430?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item2558936066

I have news for everyone here...........you can stop talking about surpluses right now.
That's like saying I have $10k left in my bank this month but I have a billion dollars in credit card balances.
There is ZERO, absolute ZERO, chance of this ever being repaid. And don't forget the 100 trillion or so in unfunded liabilities.
There are only 4 ways out:
1. Default.
2. Screw everyone else and go to war.
3. Bail-in. AKA Cyprus.
4. Some combination or all of the above.
No further need for discussion. Other countries are already trading out of the dollar. No country in history has ever maintained the reserve currency forever and neither will the US.
Don't ask for timeframes if we plotted our existence on a timeline it would be very insignificant and the worst may or may not fall within that time. We are in controlled collapse right now. Still $ to be made everywhere just not the usual prospects.
I'm trying to take my own advice and just forget about it and to the best I can do because there's nothing you can do to stop what's coming.

Kick ass. LOL.
Best bet just to stay the hell away from it or stalk it and wait for the roaches to stick their heads out.
Or better yet nail their ass before they get in it and steal it.

Only the best for the king. Won't be any different for the next one i'm sure unless it all flys apart by then which they seem to be doing a pretty good job of keeping this wet sack of shit intact somehow.

There's just no end to the stupidity. I hate Obama. I also hated Bush. A good portion of the working class praise democrats. Did Clinton not vote in NAFTA? These bastards have an agenda and I assure you we aren't at the top of whatever the hell they are trying to achieve. I know......NAFTA worked so well let's do some more just like it. I'm sick of being surrounded by stupid idiots and that's how they get away with the crap they do......we are watered down with morons and made to look like idiots and people believe it. Really disgusting.

Just think.........next up we could have Hillary or some jackass billionaire that's made his living screwing US workers over. I have a 'small' interest in Rand Paul but i'm to the point I want the whole lot gone. I'm sure it will be another election i'll be writing in Mickey Mouse. Jean I read you are by the border anywhere near Nogales or Duequesna? I spent several days out in the middle of nowhere around those parts several years ago. Like before the police in Casa Grande said don't come out at night anymore.

I'm surprised Obama didn't order a drone strike, lmao.
Has anyone ever been to the MO state fair? It's drunken redneckville. Particularly in the evenings. We were there a couple years ago and my wife almost got into 3, yes I said 3, separate fights with drunk woman that were being really rude. The first instance involved some gal opening up the bathroom door while my wife was on the pot and then screamed 'u should lock the door you stupid bitch' so loud I could hear it outside. Thing was there was no lock on the door. Of course the retaliation was even better lmao.
After about 2 hours we got into another minor skirmish, then the really good one came at the concession picnic tables where she got into a major argument that almost came to blows after we sat down and a mother and daughter tried sitting at our table when my wife had 2 water bottles sitting there in attempt to hold the spots for her sisters. We were surrounded by other empty tables. So what did these 2 do? They opened the waters and started drinking them. I'm not going to repeat what my wife said to them but even I was stunned.
Needless to say we won't be going back. It's been tempting though just to get to go the homemade cinnamon roll booth damn those were good! Maybe we could go early in the day lol.

Anyone here by chance need the drum for an aqua internal sander? I'm not posting a pic of it, if you need it you know what it is. I have one in fairly good shape, if anyone is interested then I will go take a pic.
Price??? I'd rather trade for rocks. We'll see. I'll be surprised if anyone has one.

Very true Quartz i'd just assume make it a 1pc unit and true it together. Of course i've had some pretty big flanges in the past i've dealt with that just didn't want to cooperate without machining them onto the shaft. Of course I admit I am not a great machinist this is just a topic i've already been exposed to.

I used to cook steaks.........a lot. Gota be a hella sale nowadays not hard to spend $20 on one my as well go eat one out.
Pork steaks are cheap. For now. I suspect they'll come up with some bs they always do: "Pork quadrupled overnight as more people can't afford beef and switched and has strained pig farmers all over midwest who were already bogged down with high feed prices and adverse weather condtions" blah blah blah these bastards never quit.

Would also like to see pics of these flanges that came with the arbor. Also if the blade has to be forced over as you say just to get it onto the shaft that can't possibly help matters. Last but not least a lot of 10" tabletop saws do have wobble how much you can get away with I don't know.

The problem, most likely, are your flanges and arbor and particularly how they were assembled. I am assuming you have flanges?
It is difficult to get a straight running blade when the 1st flange that goes onto the shaft isn't actually welded to the shaft and then turned true on a lathe. That is what you call the plant disc. If it's not welded or put into place with a split ring it will take a very small variance where the shaft comes into contact with the plant disc to throw it off balance. Sometimes they can be machined together without welding but then you have to mark the exact spot they were turned and keep it there everytime you change a blade. No sense in doing that. As for the bearings hard telling, probably import is the problem but I can't see if you have pillow blocks, pressed or what.
As far as the motor shaft don't worry about it use it for all it's worth. Take emery cloth or sandpaper to it and lightly oil(like with a cloth don't need a wet belt) if the pulley won't go back on easy. As for the motor play......don't worry. If the motor was really crooked and you had a super tight belt that could strain bearings.

Notice the kiss of dynamite reference in Geordie lost his liggie? LOL. Kinda funny and odd that my best friend since grade school that spent 20yrs in the marines came out last weekend and the wife was like 'oh joy i'm sorry but he's just strange'. The funny part is that we were listening Geordie in my shop when the wife came out and she asked what it was and he said this is Geordie and this song is Strange Man and it's my favorite. LMAO perfect timing.
