Doesn't look like the horrible place I always read about but I don't know much about it obviously. I do know my dope smoking heavy metal guitar teacher married some teacher gal and flew the coup and moved to China. Not sure how that worked out.

I have a '55 Chevy does that count? It's in the shop now (not mine) having various work done on it. Not a stock car. Had it up to around 120mph last sat night, put in new gas assuming rust broke lose so they are taking the tank off and doing other work as well. It's a driver not a showcar. No pics at the moment ill get it back in a couple or 3 weeks maybe.
Boring sat night, had a bad cold for 3 days now. Neighbors keep bugging me to come over told them no im still sick. Just now starting to feel good no sense going and getting drunk and then being down again tomorrow.

I'm on the list for a case of 44mags. Can't wait to pay for that lol.
I don't know how anyone can't put 2 and 2 together regarding such things as homeland security buying it all up. Pretty sure it has something to do with the fiat money system imploding and the chaos afterwards. Just my opinion. Who knows but things def aren't what they seem.

I totally disagree. I'm not going to change you're mind and you're not going to change mine so it's not worth arguing over.

Cool thanks for the suggestions. Some of my ideas are rock related, some not. And some of it is def not worth throwing 15k at wondering if it will work. A neighbor friend has an idea, called a patent lawyer and they want $10k and he said the lawyer was all gung ho about the idea. I told him of course he was he's going to make money rather or not you do.
This is the same neighbor who's daughter is an artist that sells drawings (who to I don't know) and recently got paid $2k for one. I didn't see the check but I don't think he'd lie about it. He started talking about how he thought my sketch on his fridge could be worth something, it's something i've drawn on outhouse walls for over 20 years, so it's now copyright pending lol. Rather or not I make $ I don't know but it is kind of catchy it seems and would be fun to own it even if it doesn't.

Correct..........costly and time consuming.
So if I have a drawing of tool A and copyright it does that protect it or can someone come along and patent the tool in the drawing and declare the rights on it is what im asking.
I do know that it's first come first serve as the patent office regardless of who's idea it was.

You know with all the crap going on in the world, everything that has come to light, and then stuff such as things our governments have done to us in the past that were declassified etc it's fairly easy to spout off topics such as 'russian troops' and not think twice about it. Truthfully if we knew some of the discussions behind closed doors we'd probably crawl under a rock and never come out again. These bastards can't be trusted and when shtf you'll see them for what they are.........a bunch of self-serving jackasses hell bent on being rich and maintaining power.
The part that blows my mind are all the people that think this stuff is all in the past and that it could never happen again because we are a more advanced civilization. Personally I think our technology has exceeded our capabilities to keep from killing ourselves.

Seems to be some knowledgeable people around here so here we go again lol.
Let's say you have an idea for a mechanical device. Don't really think it's the next millionaire idea so not worth the headaches and expense of a patent. So question is could you make a drawing of it and have the 'concept' copyrighted or would all that accomplish is copyrighting a drawing of it?
I have a few ideas to work on, one actually is a drawing and a popular one at that that I have a copyright pending on so more on that later.
Another one...........let's say you have a device that fits onto a tool that's already in existence. For example..........some kind of attachment that say would fit onto the end of a crecent wrench. This isn't the actual case but it's similar and thousands of guys are using it and there's no patent on it. Just don't want to call crecent wrench and say heh look here........then ill get screwed. Any ideas?

Some idiot powerball winner here left $250k in his car at a strip club, had his friend take it and then called the cops to make a big scene. That's the story I got anyhow. Moron. If I won the powerball id be somewhere there wouldn't even be internet service let alone skanky ass strip clubs.

Thanks! Easier to just ask. Funny I looked at pages and pages and never once seen them. Now that I know the name can find plenty of info. Nothing about if they sting but says they raise themselves when messed with which is what they do.
Look to be a real pain in the rear from what i've read and not the easiest to get rid of. Of course, nothing out here is ever easy.
LOL jugglerguy........can I have 88,000 more names? LOL.

Fyi I did have a pet praying mantis at one time and found that they will eat raw hamburger. It ended up making one of it's egg sacks in the shoebox and I had always wondered what they were when I seen them in the wild now I know.

Ha, hadn't thought of naming it yet. I'm in Kansas btw. I recall seeing my brotherinlaw set one of the worm sacks on fire one year but obviously it wasn't the answer and don't really need to burn the tree down.
