Rob that was fantastic! That last pudding stone was off the charts amazing. You have NO idea how much I want to pack my waders and get on a plane to Lake Huron and try to be like you. Thanks for taking us along. That's what my students say all the time, "We want to be just like you!". Oh, wait, no they don't. That's the best pudding stone I've ever found. I actually found a couple more that size that weren't in the video, but they weren't as packed with jasper. Great trip vid Rob! Can't believe how clean all the rocks are. Down here I don't look in the water much because all the rocks are covered in slime and/or toxic waste.

Call this the JIFy barrel. Had about 8 slabs to polish and thought I'd see how it works. Always interested in alternate barrels but no video, says "This video is private".

Great trip & videos Tommy !!!! I'm must admit I'm jealous although I don't hate you as much as orrum . Only 4.2 million for the ranch, sounds like it's time for another RTH fundraiser.... Right? I was thinking that too haha. I think you can cover the first mil yes? Sure, you take rubber checks?

Way to go MrMike. You dialed it in and made a fine Tennessee assortment. Wife says it looks like candy. Even did well with crystalline quartz and granitoids. #6 looks like epidote. ? The moss, why can't we have moss ? Texas is as close as it gets. Thanks James. I was guessing #6 was a porphyritic rhyolite but I'm no expert. Speaking of epidote, I'm not too far from the Unaka Mtns, been itching to find some unakite.

Very nice! I like number 4. Thanks, that's either a quartz conglomerate or a mixed grain quartzite, I think. Find lots of it & most doesn't tumble well. Even have some that if you squint your eyes it looks like Dino bone. Cut this one & just used the vibe.

Nice job, Mike. You did a super job on your collected rocks. That's some pretty moss agate too. Would be better if I didn't take such crappy photos. Need to invest in an idiot proof point & shoot.

This is Lucy. She was really sneaky. I ran her head over with my truck. It broke me inside. Damn that was tragic, hate that happened.

I love big dogs, MrMike . Nice looking crew you got there. Thanks Randy. Hate to hear about your loss, lost my 19 y/o Jack Russell last year. Got the 2 big dogs several years ago when my oldest son got divorced. I love dogs so I didn't mind taking them. Great looking kids you got there. The new pup & pigs are awesome. Tell your son I'm diggin the swim goggles. Went through phases like that when I was a kid. One was a pair of mocassins that I wore holes thru cause they never came off.

jamesp, Search Silicon Carbide Briquettes, not many US suppliers. This company use Portland cement as a binder. May break apart too quick in tumbler. www.lampus.com/alloy

Awesome batch Dave, fave #2. Which iPhone are you using? I've got a 6S & my pics stink. I'm using the 6S. I use the "Chrome" color filter because it most closely resembles the actual colors. Other than that, not doing anything to the photos other than cropping them. Ahh, never played with color filters. Appreciate the info Dave!

So, I've been cabbing since the beginning of January this year and I've still a lot to learn but these are my latest attempts. Enjoy. I do really need to set up a light box for photography![a href=" Tiger Iron2 by Erich Krausse, on Flickr"]link Great work Erich 👌👌
