Citrine a close up Photo taken by hand showing Camera Noise (blury) Another Jasper Another green Jasper lovley markings Please comment good or bad thanks Jack Yorkshire uk

Hi Jack!
I'd be thrilled at finding the Scottish agate, too!
Great idea to teach people to use the self timer on their cameras in macro mode. Of course, they'll have to get tripods, too.

Those pits and cracks would drive me bonkers, but you seemed to have gotten a decent polish on most - especially pic #2

Thank you for your comment s
Toad - - - this is a experimental batch the cracks and pits drive me wild also, 3 weeks in no 80G would have sorted them out but as I say this was to explain to newbies and others what a Lot"O" can do in 2 weeks using rocks straight from the sea shore
And to put over the use of the auto timer on the camera to get a clearer/sharper picture
Thanks VERY much for all your replies and I hope it has been of help to a few people
I had a argument with a leading lapidary stockist over here who said in their directions for polishing rocks in their tumblers that rocks could be polished in 10 days, That is ROUGH rock which is absolute rubbish
