rockpickerforever: What would happen if space collapses? I'd say we would never know, because it would happen so quickly, our slow brains would not even begin to register it. POOF!!! Jun 30, 2022 11:27:39 GMT -5 *

parfive: Lake Mead 1043.14 aka minus 186. Jun 30, 2022 14:35:01 GMT -5
mohs: The best solution would be for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to build an aqueduct from the Old River Control Structure on the Mississippi to Lake Powell, fill it, and then send more water from there down the Colorado to fill lake Mead.

Jun 30, 2022 16:10:05 GMT -5 *
Lumberlegs: Best solution don't build multiple metropolis in the desert. But I live in the land of the lakes...mostly Jun 30, 2022 18:20:23 GMT -5 *
vegasjames: They keep blaming the drought here when really a big part of the problem is all the uncontrolled building. The use enormous amounts of water to keep dust down when demolishing old buildings, then even more goes in to all the concrete and cement. Jun 30, 2022 18:41:42 GMT -5
vegasjames: Yet, now they want to build yet another stadium just after building several others. Then there are all the man-made lakes for the rich, the massive fountains etc. Lake Mead is dropping at around 8 inches a day and the lake is only averaging just over 200 Jun 30, 2022 18:43:32 GMT -5
vegasjames: feet right now. I calculated it out and at this rate, Lake Mead can be dry within a year. And they still want to keep building. Jun 30, 2022 18:44:20 GMT -5
mohs: I agree. Dry water is coming. (tumbleweed) The only other solution is all these people go back somewhere wet. Bye Jun 30, 2022 18:59:19 GMT -5
