The ongoing saga of my river rock batch. Here is the link from the last one for easy comparison. forum.rocktumblinghobby.com/index.cgi?board=trtphoto&action=display&thread=51419The first two pictures I feel are ready for pre polish and I have set them aside. The third picture are the ones going back in for more 120/220. The fourth picture are more pieces from TNT (Krystee) goody bag I got. I am sorry, no matter what it comes out just a tad blurry. But you get the idea. The fifth and sixth pictures are of a cool piece I got from Collie way back when. The seventh and eighth pictures are of a piece I set aside waiting for the perfect batch to be added to. The last two pictures are four pieces I just added for fun. They are pretty hard so I do not think they will take much, if any damage. Now, there are two added twists here. 1) Considering I have the patience of a two-year old, darn near ran out of 120/220, and some of the newer rough could use some 60/90, I put in the following for this batch. One tablespoon of 60/90 and two tablespoons of 120/220. Now I am completely out. But am placing order with Shawn today. 2) I am reusing (have never done it before and see no harm in doing it) the water instead of pouring it. As always ... my thanks and all input is needed and wanted. Enjoy!

I'm a total sucker for river and beach stones, so these are especially cool to me. The color and pattern variety in this group is really stunning! I always find it really wonderful when the seemingly 'overlooked' stones, since it's often a mystery as to what they are, have a chance to show their true (and awesome) colors like this.
