Thanks for the trip report. That looks like fun and very rewarding to boot. Thank ya. Eventually, when I get some things worked out and get the rest of the material out, I’ll reveal location.

I'm late to the party but definitely oooohhhh weeeeee! That's some good looking stuff.
I have a sensitive question for you and it's not a veiled attempt to get you to reveal anything about the location, but is this at or near a 'known' location of pure white plumes ... such as Stinking Water, or GYP? Or is it something brand new?
The reason I ask is we collectively as a forum almost automatically ID pure white plumes as Stinking Water Creek material. I argued a few years ago that the white plume material in question could come from just about anywhere and I was basing it on some material I got from a known seller of rough at local shows who found a vein of pure white plume in the Black Rock NV area, obviously nowhere near the OR or ID locations.

For others, just to show that not all white plume is stinking water. This plume does not come from the stinking water area outside of burns Oregon. Depending on how you want to argue it, you could say it’s an existing type of plume yet it comes from a completely different deposit (new deposit). This lies within the region of the Maury mountains. But I’ve found white plume at eagle rock, white plume at a spot out by the prineville reservoir, And white plume at the Maury moss beds dig site.

Really cool. Those last couple pics in hand from your original post show some great potential for some really pretty cabs or a nice display piece.👍

Need to fix my main saw. It’s cutting crooked. I think the blade is dished but not certain. I’ll get around to posting some more though

Haven't gotten around to cutting the sexy saggies yet, but figured you'd all find this interesting. So this came out of the pit I was digging in, along side the vein. Its not very thick, but is was a wide piece. Will probably get 12-15 slabs off of it. Now I just need to get some with plume included.
