Pure eye candy! Did you do the goldsmithing on those first ones, or did you teach Mom how to make a calibrated cab to fit a setting? Those are outstanding pieces. All of the cabs are super.

The settings are too fancy for me, but the cabs are all spectacular. Must run in the genes.

I guess it must run in the genes or something! Your Mom is a natural and she picked out some gorgeous material. That Rattlesnake is the coolest stuff.....the Red Moss is outta this world and that last one I'm picking as my favorite. Believe it or not...I have two cabs ready to work on that are somewhat similar to that last shape. They've been ready for a long time I just haven't gotten around to them. Thanks for sharing Dan! My jaw just hit the floor. Amazing cabs. The rattlesnake and red moss just blow me away. And I like the fireworks jasper also. Tony

where does the Rattlesnake Agate come from ? Wolf Rattlesnake agate, sometimes called Howardite, is from Northern Nevada. I thought it was some kind of massive wood replacement, but apparently it is identified as "opal in silicated tuft." That's just what I've read. Dan

Northern, NV? Hmmm, wonder if I can fit in a trip to Reno - to look for rocks, not gamble

Wowsers your mom made some perfect looking domes. The big question is, how did she like cabbing? I gotta join the rattlesnake bandwagon, awesome material. Your cabs are stunning as usual.

Wow! Love them all but got to agree that rattlesnake jasper is awesome. When in California, I only saw that stuff in a showcase at one show and I've never seen it for sale. Must be very rare stuff and it sure is pretty.....Mel

Great batch Dan! Now you're Mom will be wanting a Genie. My favorites are the Fireworks Jasper, Calico agate, and the Rattlesnake agate.
