Ralph and I just have too much rock laying around. I have listed several rough pieces that are only $1.00 a lb. They are not too bad, just mostly i don't know what they are. This will be great for someone who doesn't have a lot of money right now for rocks, but still would like to work them. Go to my stonesthatrock.net website and click on the Blow out and you will see them all so far. Don't be concerned about the shipping, it may look high, but don't worry I will refund whatever I don't use in shipping. Here is some samples. Maybe rosetta stone az. something, i think. bloody basin ty mary ann

Mary Ann, pic # 2 looks very much like Antigurite from Gila Bend, Arizona. The material is getting to be hard to come by. The main deposit is on an Indian reservation, and they use most of it for carvings. Don

Tell Snuffy that stuff has a high percentage of asbestos in it, He should use lots of water when working it. Don

Mary Ann. I just ordered two pieces of banded Agate in your Blow Out Sale. I'm not sure what size box these two will fit in but if there is room for a little of your slab scraps tumbling mix you could add that and take the cost from the extra postage. Maybe to a break even rate. I don't slab or cab but I love those two stones.
Thanks much, Tanya

tanya, they just barely fit in the small box so i just refund the money and went with the small box. If you want tumbling mix i have more but they are the nugget kind and not the flat.

Thanks anyway MaryAnn. I have found that I can drill a hole in the slabs but also discovered I can't in the nuggets. Chris drills in the top but I have no luck with that. I do love your slab scraps when you have some. I hope I will be selling some at the Christmas Bazaar this weekend. Tanya

Awe Mary Ann I sure do wish you would quit doing this. I love those two thunder eggs in there.
I received the first two I bought and they are just beautiful banded Agates. My Personal Favorites. I'll wait till after the weekend show to look again and if I am lucky those two will be gone. Tanya
