There is a dealer at the Santa Clara Valley Gem and Mineral Society show who sells a lot of the Morgan Hill Poppy Jasper. The show is coming up in mid-April. I'll see if I can find out if she will be at the show this year. Show is at the fairgrounds in San Jose.

Really nice cabs. Pretty darn solid for Morgan Hill too. I love the poppies but boy some of the poppy jasper is really full of flaws. I still like to cut it though because it's just so darn pretty.....Mel That is why I make a lot of freeforms with PJ. The fracture patterns often decide the cab shape (if it leaves anything large enough for cabs). Paleobond stabilizer is a god-send for this material.
