Here is my first cab from Warren's Disdero material. Very easy to work!!! Shines up fast and is solid! With the cab that I'm going to do with the rest of this blue, I will high dome. The blue does dissipate a little bit the thinner you go. Beautiful and delicate baby blue on this one. Screaming for a sterling silver simple wrap or a groove And the shine (didn't even have to work to get this beauty to blaze ;D)!

Wow what a beautiful delicate blue color like blue lace only better with the red banding lines and specs. Did you get that great shine with your leather belt or just the 1200 grit? Congratulations on doing the 1st ever Disdero Agate on RTH. Good things are worth waiting for and I can't wait to do mine. have a great weekend Stu

Thanks Donnie, Warren, Don and Stu!!!
Stu.... I sanded to 1200 diamond. Then polished with 14k diamond paste on one of Woody's smooth leather disks. I have the same leather from him (bought from John at JSGems) on my expando but on this particular one, it was done start to finish on my Ameritool!!!!

That's a doozy, Krystee! Great combination of super material and workmanship! I love blue agates. I know what you mean by keeping a high dome on them or the blue seems to fade out. I talked to the party that owns several Ellensburg blue claims and he said the same thing, so it's not just our imagination.

Work like this deserves some REAL Disdero blue! This is a multi-colored Disdero... I'd like to see what you do with a blue! The Disdero blues typically have some red mixed in but they are darker than this piece....What a beaut Krystee! Warren.

Beautiful Krystee!!! Your cab is gorgeous, like ALL your cabs!! I think you get the best finishes on your stones of everyone on RTH. Just flawless, as always!!
