Those are all really nice. You got a great shine on all of it.

With a shine like that you have to have your clothes on when you take the photos. Good job. I haves a batch running now that I'm not nearly as confident that they will turn out as well. We'll see. Tom

those are beautiful. Glass still intimidates me, these are top drawer. I tried tumbling glass three times before this and gave up each time, putting them on the backburner for later. I could not get them to shape or get the grit used up. In this case I followed suggestions from other RTH'ers. Used about 25% less water than normal and kept my barrels 80% full. Was very happy to finally get it done. Now I'd love to do more.

Wow, wow, wow! That is one heck of a great looking bunch of 'harder than average to get a great shine on' tumbles - yet another fantastic example for us rookies to try and achieve.

Outstanding!! What a shine. I've got to do an obsidian batch this winter, hope I can come close to how good your stones look. tumbled alot of Obsidan and finally fig how to get great polish Truck is not using alum or carbine it’s to make sure you use plastic or ceramic media to protect stones after second stage then the third stage prepolish leave in for extra time in u vin I normally do the Prepolish for two days but obsidian I do 3-4days And tried Raybrite polish does ok tried Tin and cerium both did about the same better polish then the Raybrite but not the glass shine I wanted so just to try I used my alum polish don’t think it be good cuz it’s cheap polish 4$ lb but OMG I’ll put it this way I the all the other Indian I had tumbled already onto the barrel and repolished with alum an n my next batch i I found out l leaving in the polish for 3 days verse the one day -2 days did wonders wish I was home to take pics to show but try this leaving this comment to help others save time and money and grit and get good to great result right off the git go
