Also told me not to come and cry to him if I got hit hard on my birthday. Unfortunately I think the graph IS depicting aging. Men look good with the gray beard/gray hair . Distinguished and educated. Women - well the gray doesn't suit most of us and as we age, neither does the beard.

Not sure gender has as much to do as genes and taking care of yourself. Maybe the grey looks good, not sure about the rest of the equipment.

James, I'm not clever with the funny graphics but I do wish you a very happy natal day. You're still young, strong and vigorous and have much to look forward to. Your quick inquisitive and analytical mind is fascinating to watch in action here on the forum and I look forward to many more of your excellent posts.

Happy Birthday, James!!!! Hope you have a blast, whatever you plan to do. : ) Next day, suffering from the reality of the celebration Tela. I did have a blast. Went rock hunting in a yuppie hiking/jogging park and got lots of interesting looks. Climbed to the bottom of the little canyon where the pretty creek is. Bet some of them will give it a go. It was one of the first places I ever went rock hunting like 45 years ago. And was desolate. Now high rise buildings tower over it. Parked in a lot of an 8 story office building not 100 feet from the creek.

My aunt is 83 and lives on the St. John's River just above Palatka. She will get out on the river and race you in the rough water w/her 100 HP jet ski. She always practiced martial arts and about the age of 70 was about all you wanted to wrestle. 6'1" and wiry, was not shy about tying you up. captbob's photo, too funny. Salt Springs is a retiree's mecca, I eat breakfast at the little restaurant there and watch them. It is probably a good thing that they have lost a lot of their physical abilities, some serious attitude floating around in there. I have been asked on two occasions by the waitresses to stop potential fights in that place. Those old folks do not give a #@%$$, as if they have nothing to loose.

Jimmy crack coral and... Happy Birthday, jamesp!!! The bakery commented that they had to make 2 birthday cakes for you this year since there was not enough room for all of the candles. (please see the candles on the sides of the cake...) J/K, James, and hope you enjoyed your birthday.

Development sends it thru in a fast rush. May not be too safe in that gully when a storm comes along. Fresh dynamited construction boulders found well down stream is telling of water's fury. Rocks wedged between boulders with incredible force. Lots of purdy girls but too married( and yes old) for that.
