I did use 100 grit to make my own diamond brazing rods. Fill brass tube with diamond powder. Fluxed the shit out of it, applied to pipe fittings. Worked well. Grit too small. Finish was like 500 grit.

Finish was like 500 grit. They got full rings sintered material. Diameters every 1/2 inch up to 6 inches. To braze onto core bit cans. For that matter, what is wrong with a core bit on a sphere machine ?

these are only 14-16", but the kerf is probably > 1/8". Cleaning out rock saws is my LEAST favorite job, so thinner blade makes that not happen as frequently. Probably reasonable kerf for a larger blade. For a couple bucks I thought is might be a worthwhile experiment, and other masonry outfit might have lots of 'used blades' to unload. But I don't really want to trash a barrel in the process. Thats it? I wish I found that deal... i'd use em all up on my saw.... my thisk blade has a higher kerf even

I am glad you asked. I will check, but the kerf width is either 8 or 10mm. I believe 10mm. I would say the length is 25mm and the height is 18 mm. These were made for a large quarry blade 5-6 feet in diameter. Probably for sawing mass granite where a 10mm kerf was not a problem. Guessing a thick high speed blade with a bunch of horsepower and down force behind it. They may be too thick for a drag saw ?? It does sounds like they are too thick of a kerf. checked out thelink you gave me, Not sure about the ordereing/paying part of the deal.

If you oder from Aliexpress instead of bulk goods on Alibaba the order is much simpler and retail like.
Aliexpress does not have as much variety, but do able. Ordered plenty thru Aliexpress. Reliable.

Waiting for 8 inch X 2 inch grinding wheels for cab machines with 1 inch thick sintered diamond band. Looks like cat's meow for gnawing a rough sphere out.
