You must be new to tumbling. Keep practicing, learn from this forum and eventually, you'll start getting that mirror shine. #29 is my fav btw.

Mr. Jeremy wow wow wow, just watched Hellboy and #5 is going to cause me not to sleep tonight. I think I might be back in Conroe in a week or so. We'll have to get together and you can teach me something about photography and rocks. Thanks you, Mr Billy! Just give me a heads up on your schedule and I'll do my best to set some time to get together! I'll help you any way I can. Hope you've overcome your sleeping issues! Jeremy

You know there is American folks to assist the border crossers MrMike. You know, the ones w/all the money and fire power. The mules are all toting the stash, to loaded for guns. It's the receiving bunch on the US side to fear. stash behind the seat of Jeremy's P/U truck How'd you get a picture of the stash in my Wife's Mini Cooper! Those things hold a lot more than you can imagine. Fun to drive when running from the border patrol!

Plenty of people with way more experience than me. Very blessed to have good rocks at my finger tips. Almost tumble themselves. Looking forward to seeing how yours turn out!

If that is your wife's arsenal you better be nice to her. This bryozoan chert is somewhere upstream. Thinking about that last one you posted. Such chert often found in mass. Large formations. Would be nice to find the source. The knapper guys would kill for such. It being a marine chert may heat to fine colors too. It will be likely found below the fall line in the red zone. The fall line is the beach line of an ancient ocean. Often full of marine chert. Not sure what river is on the TX/LA border. It sure carries a low area far up in a northerly direction. Looks like the border river is the Sabine, the Jacinto does not go very far north. Said chert may be close by. Hard to say what went where in ancient times though. Said chert should be close to fall line intersection with Jacinto. Or just above. would be nice to know fall line location relative to Jacinto. Guessing a few miles north of the 'S' in San Jacinto.

Those rocks are all so beautifull, but my favorite is the Marfa.
