Welcome from Texas. This is a great place to be. Lots of good information and great people. I rock hound in Colorado too. I love Colorado Thank you, Love Colorado too. My parents immigrated from Alsace Lorraine France and lived in Tarrant county. Dallas Ft Worth. Like the road system in Texas but it sure has gotten crowded there. When I drive down to Fla I go just north of Dallas and get down thru Baton Rouge. Lake City, a small town by Creede, is mostly Texans in the summer. I sell lots of plants there and other mountain town so I LOVE Texans,,, grin Grab the old manand the dog and hunt rocks around Creede this summer. or at least during the hot part of summer.. Thanks for your kind Howdy !! Ckiff

They have , I believe a one fish limit up north. Pretty tasty huh> Might be worth it to spend a day if I can figure what kind of rocks are close by so I can make it a double fun day. Can you park a camper around there? Hot huh?? They bite in early fall too? gee thanks, Cliff

Welcome from OHIO The home of flint ridge, about 2 hours from my house. Oh, a good friend of ours from Colorado told me once about out there they Try to build 4 wheelers with big block V8 engines. Sometimes the axle will snap because of too much torque. Have a good day. Looking at old threads like me.. Dale I have a big one ton cummings powered long bed. More torque than two corvettes and since its got cup holders it don't rock climb but knows the way home brother. Nothing will snap and Ill drag you off to Alaska some day if your master(wife) will let you come out and play Or to the local cowboy bar, deli or where ever else two men can get in trouble. Cliff
