Thanks for the videos, always enjoy old logging shows. Dad spent most of his working years in the woods, told of a topper he knew. He said the guy always got up on a topped tree and took a crap off of it, I guess showing his distain for the thought of danger. My folks were very against me working in the woods, most of my working career in a sawmill was O.K. though. My Dad was a railroad logger in NW Oregon, He ran the steam locomotives among other things. I think he started out driving railway spikes. I always said I did not want anything to do with logging. First good job I got was on a logging operation. Helicopter logging. I worked for 35 years as a helicopter mechanic.

Regularity means that you poop at least once a day. High Fiber Diet Drink enough water you pee six6 times a day. What do you mean 6, how about at least double that. Sounds like the "sugars". People with diabetes pee a lot.

Just tripping out and having flashbacks Mr Rogers says, "Be yourself just as you are" I guess I fell into that age bracket, when my mother was busy being a housewife and cooking dinner She put me in front of the TV and told me to behave myself. Would you like to be my neighbor. Gag It will be fine. OK We will go collecting rocks everyday You'll put them in my bucket Before I haul your ass off the beach. We're doing fine.

What do you mean 6, how about at least double that. Sounds like the "sugars". People with diabetes pee a lot. Diabetes actually does mean frequent urination, not elevated blood sugar. There are other reasons that a person can pee frequently. One of the main reasons is people drinking purified waters (distilled, reverse osmosis) without saturating the waters first. Remember back to high school chemistry and osmosis. The higher the purity of the water the faster it crosses the membrane in a n attempt to reach equilibrium. Therefore the purified waters are absorbed much faster than mineralized waters and this strong osmotic shift is dangerous to the body since it can lead to high blood pressure and cellular damage. To protect itself the body tries to eliminate this rapid influx of water as quickly as possible and thus you urinate a lot sooner and more frequently ingesting purified waters than you do mineralized waters.

Sounds like the "sugars". People with diabetes pee a lot. You got that right, diabetes is also hard on the kidneys. Yes, sugar diabetes is hard on the kidneys, but that is not what causes the excessive urination. As I mentioned in my other post diabetes literally means excessive urination. In the case of sugar diabetes this results from the glucose dumping out in the urine. The high concentration of glucose dumping creates an osmotic shift drawing water from the body through the kidneys and thus excessive urination. As for the kidneys the damage to the kidneys is not from the sugar but rather insulin. 95% of sugar diabetes cases are type 2 and in type 2 there is no pancreatic damage in the early stages. Damage can occur later from beta cell damage either due to long term elevated glucose or from the oral hypoglycemic drugs used to treat type 2 diabetes. Beta cell damage requires the use of insulin. Anyway, the early stages of type 2 diabetes is due to an inability for the cells to be sensitized by insulin, which can result from insulin resistance from excess body fat or more commonly from a lack of chromium and or magnesium that leads to closing of insulin receptors on cells. Normally insulin attaches to insulin receptors on cells, which in turn stimulates the uptake of glucose by cells. If the insulin receptors are blocked or closed the insulin cannot sensitize the cells to uptake glucose and therefore blood sugar can rise. The pancreas can respond independently to glucose levels. Therefore since the blood glucose remains high the pancreatic beta cells kick out more insulin. In low to normal levels of insulin the insulin dilates blood vessels. When insulin levels climb above normal the insulin has an opposite effect on the blood vessels causing them to contract. This also is why diabetics are so prone to high blood pressure. As insulin resistance increases spikes in blood glucose can lead to abnormally high spikes of insulin causing a very strong blood vessel constricting effect that can rupture the micro blood vessels resulting in nephropathy ("kidney disease"), retinopathy (one reason for loss of vision in diabetics, diabetic cataracts being the other) and gangrene. Damage to larger blood vessels contributes to heart disease due to inflammation induced atherosclerosis. An analogy to this is when people snort cocaine this can lead to an erosive hole through the septum of their nose. Like high levels of insulin cocaine is a strong blood vessel constrictor. When the person snorts cocaine the strong vasoconstrictive effect can rupture the micro blood vessels in the septum leading to a loss of circulation to the tissue and thus tissue death. The death of the tissue leads to erosion leading to a hole that becomes perfect for the insertion of a bull nose ring. In type 1 diabetes the person is insulin dependent and the injections of insulin can create sudden surges in the bloodstream that again suddenly and powerfully constrict micro blood vessels leading to tissue damage.

Villagers put frozen 'meteor' in fridge January 23, 2018 Indian villagers were so excited by a frozen "meteor" that crashed into a farmer's field Saturday that a few gathered pieces of the rock and stashed them in their refrigerators. Meteorites can be worth thousands of dollars, but this unidentified falling object was not from outer space. According to the Indian Express and the International Business Times, the yellow-brown "meteor," weighing around 20 pounds, had a transparent surface and resembled ice. The impact created a 1-foot-deep hole in the field. Indian villagers hoped the rock that fell on a farmer's field would be similar kind of meteorite. "I rushed to the spot and saw the object. It seemed to weigh at least 8 or 10 kilograms, judging by the dent it had made on the ground," the Indian Express quoted Govind Singh as saying. "Initially, we thought it could be ice but it was not melting. So, we figured it must have some kind of chemical in it." Eventually a team of scientists from the India Meteorological Department was assembled and collected samples of the object at the site. Their verdict: The meteor was actually frozen feces. The news was a setback for the souvenir collectors, who realized their refrigerators were preserving airplane lavatory poop. They had to clean the appliances and anything else in their houses that had come in contact with the frozen excrement. Airplanes jettisoning human waste is apparently a problem in India. Only 10 days ago the government reiterated a December 2016 order forbidding airlines from emptying their toilet tanks mid-air, the Indian Express reported. The fine for dumping is 50,000 rupees ($782), a penalty that may not be draconian enough to get the airlines' attention. In 2016, a woman from Madhya Pradesh suffered a severe head injury after she was hit by a frozen football-sized chuck of frozen sewage, according to the International Business Times.

Incredible feat by space X today! Going along for the ride was a cherry red Tesla Roadster – a creation from Musk’s other enterprise, Tesla Inc. The Roadster is supposed to be sent into a virtually indefinite solar orbit, on a path taking it as far as Mars. Adding to the whimsy, SpaceX has planted a space-suited mannequin in the driver’s seat of the convertible. metro.co.uk/2018/02/06/elon-musk-blasts-tesla-space-new-spacex-jumbo-rocket-7292559/ Had a flash back of this old classic scene.
