NO chest pain. Now that I am finally home again, I'm testing to see how soon i can get off oxygen. LOVE my Pulse Oximeter! For years my reading has been around 94. Without oxygen at hospital it ran around 84 Now ranging from 88-92.

Scented candles were part of what forced me into retirement. We went to a party for a friend. They had incense sticks and candles burning everywhere. In a short time I had to leave and had my wife drive me straight to the nearest hospital. While she parked the car I stumbled to the desk gasping "I CAN'T BREATHE!" Close call!!!!

Not all scents are good. I cant do real flowery stuff
Mainly its about eating more green and Iron rich. Exercise and breathing is so important. When patients come in with low 02 sats, we have them breath, its amazing how fast the # goes up Lowers stress and B/P too

Last year I experience hyper ventilating breathing For 3 days- I woke about 4 in the morning And until 10 a.m. was hyperventilating After the third day I could take it no mor I called 9-11 sitting outside as soon as the fire truck pulled up I started breathing more normal The guys took my vitals & spoke to me I was fine Just panic attacks-- they said No need to take me to emergency room Just needed someone to talk to They were right I never had that occur And I hope it never come back… That's the time when the veil is the thinnest.

There is also an herb called suma that works great. Suma is the highest herbal source of organic germanium (OG). OG helps to stimulate stem cell production in the bone marrow, which among other things increases red blood cell counts. OG also improves oxygen utilization by cells, supports the adrenals decreasing stress among other things, is anti-cancer and helps with hormone balance. Magnesium malate is also very beneficial. Improves circulation by acting like a natural calcium channel blocker and improves heart performance by increasing cellular ATP levels. Both the magnesium and the malic acid increase the ATP. This also helps with prevention of heart failure from cholesterol lowering statin drugs, which induce rhabdomyolosis of the heart.

Panic attacks are not simply emotional. The most common cause of panic attacks is actually an increase in blood lactate. It can also be a sign of excess epinephrine (adrenaline) with a lack of acetylcholine to balance it out. So it can be a symptom of other underlying conditions. Same for hyperventilation. Hyperventilation can indicate acidosis. Respiration increases with acidosis as respiration is a main means of pH regulation. If pH decreases too much respiration increases to remove excess CO2 to reduce acidity.

Thanks Vegas My 2 year older brother A couple years ago Had the same basic occurrence. which made him the same age as me when it happened basically he just woke one night and couldn’t breathe 911 rushed in him to the hospital & he spent a couple days there The best guess was an allergy My brother blamed the medication Lisinopril Maybe it runs in the family I went to the doctors about a month later All tests checked out fine Physically healthy The other non matter is a different case ha ha A person can have an allergic response to lisinopril. Here is info on this drug including side effects such as liver damage. www.rxlist.com/zestril-drug.htm#descriptionI had a friend who had a stroke from lisinopril. The doctor gave her too high of a dose even though her blood pressure was normal at home. When they found her her blood pressure was shooting through the roof then a few minutes later bottoming out then shooting back up and bottoming back out.......... And her pulse rate was 125. Long story short her doctors could not figure out what was going on so I sent an email to her family explaining it to show the doctor. I said the drug caused her blood pressure to bottom out when she was sleeping when blood pressure declines anyway. The excessively low blood pressure caused her to stroke. The adrenal glands overreacted to the excessively low blood pressure by kicking out an excess of epinephrine shooting the blood pressure and pulse up to dangerously high levels. When the body realized this the epinephrine release stopped and the drug plunged the blood pressure back down below normal triggering the adrenals to overreact shooting the pulse and blood pressure back up excessively. I wrote the clue is in the pulse rate. 125 is very high. And out of all the things that can raise blood pressure (calcium, ACE, sodium, insulin, prostaglandin inhibitors and epinephrine) the ONLY thing that will raise both blood pressure and pulse that high is epinephrine, which is released from the adrenals. So I recommended that if they are going to put her on anything that she should be on a beta blocker (blocks epinephrine release). The idiot doctor replied that with a pulse rate that low that a beta blocker would kill her. I don't know where this doctor got her training but a pulse of 125 is not low by any means. It is excessively high. She must have consulted with the other 4 doctors on the case because the next day they had my friend on a beta blocker.

Best but unmentioned is to move to a lower altitude. La Paz Bolivia (11,942′) was known as "la ciudad de trestesa - the city of sadness" for hundreds of years because not a single Spanish baby was born alive.

The Spaniard men started to mix with the local women. I wonder it wasn't the case of altitude and wasn' t more link to genetics and or thier cultural beliefs.
