Ok. Trying to post photos from the really great box. Here is the wrap, I love it. The cabs, which one to choose, which one to choose? The extras, pay it forward. Slabs And then these lovely cabs to me from Tela Here they are all laid out. Beautiful cabs. Thank you Tela. What a joy it was to open such an awesome box. Now to see if I can do justice to the cab I'm going to wrap and pass on. Tammy

Wow, I got the box, no thanks to the mailman, nothing like walking out your front door and tripping over a box that was put right in front if the door, but he couldn't reach 2 extra inches to knock on the door, lol. I was so excited to post and the stupid internet has been down all day and now it won't let me upload photos. I will keep trying. Just wanted to say thank you to Tela for a great box! Took me forever to go through, lol.

It was so soft, I was surprised. My husband bought it for my, so I hate to not use it, I will have to be very picky I guess. Tammy Tammy, did it work-harden in the tumbler well? I have been thinking about buy some silver-fill, but now I'm not sure. Peace, Rich It did harden some, I am sure if I had more time and tumbled it longer would have done more. I tumbled it for 30 minutes, my customer was leaving town and wanted it, I told her to be very careful with it.

It is tumbled with shot, no grit at all, to clean and harden the wire, I use a just water, shot and a drop or two of dawn, to clean the oils off. Tammy Thank you Tammy, I have heard of some people say they tumble wraps. By shot is it lead shot or bb's, thanks again. It is actually stainless steel shot. You can find it at most places that sell tumbling supplies. Your welcome Tammy

Nice wrap. I tried silver filled wire once or twice but hated it so quit using it. It does tend to be soft even if you order it in half-hard. It was so soft, I was surprised. My husband bought it for my, so I hate to not use it, I will have to be very picky I guess. Tammy

That is neat giving an old piece new life. To be enjoyed again. When you tumble it what grit do you use? And is it tumbled to clean up the wire? It is tumbled with shot, no grit at all, to clean and harden the wire, I use a just water, shot and a drop or two of dawn, to clean the oils off. Tammy

Very pretty. Is it dichroic glass? I have never used silver fill. I didn't know it was so soft. Tela, it is not dichronic glass, just a glass necklace she had gotten years ago from one of her kids. You know how those things wear and tarnish, lol. She wanted to be able to wear it again.

I know, it looks green, but it is really almost a London Blue Topaz color. I wrapped this for a friend. She wanted silver filled wire, so that is what she got, lol. It needs to run in the tumbler because the wire seems to be extra soft, even though it was half hard, unless it was mislabeled, lol.
