Those are some really nice shots geoff59. Like your avatar shot too! It would be tough to go back to film but I do miss the capabilities of my 4x5.

Thank you rockbrain ! Trampoline-girl is a great-niece, showing me some of her stuff last summer in the back yard. She is a gem of a kid! I shot the image on a D850 with a 20mm Sigma f1.4 Art lens. Here it is in a larger version. Not an owl, but since you mentioned it__ Back in film days, I always dreamed of a 4X5 specifically for Fuji Velvia, but I could never afford one.

I couldn't afford one either. That's why I carried a big old monorail camera around in the field. I shot black and white. Funny, I hated Tri-X film in 35mm and 120mm because of the grain but realized how wonderful it is in large format.
