RWA3006 made a comment about my (then) avatar and I replied that maybe I should share some more images. I want you to know- this makes me me feel like I am reliving my youth and that I am over the hill. I have been in such a slump- for a lot of good reasons, but also just because my muse has abandoned me. Maybe this will help. I'm sure I have shared some of these before. Just the tip of the iceberg. Maybe I should do some wrapping today!

Wow! Those are fantastic! If I had to pick a favorite it would be the last one with the ruby.

Those are just amazing! Good grief, that is seriously next level wrapping and stones! Thank you kindly for sharing, I do love to see the output of folks who know what they are doing to such a great level! And I cannot possibly pick my favourite, each one is lovely for different reasons... sheesh...

Those are some beautiful and inspiring wraps Tela. I think the hemimorphite botryoidal druzy might be my favorite. It's a striking design. But, I'm really drawn to the Stone Canyon and the Tabu Tabu too.

All beautiful, here's hoping your muse returns soon. Been having the same lack of muse here too so know you are not alone.

Wow! Those are fantastic! If I had to pick a favorite it would be the last one with the ruby. Thanks a lot! That wire is really thick. It was fun to work with. What the pic doesn't show is that the ruby is extremely opalescent. (I hope that's the right word. It has a great schiller.) What a fun way to relive part of your youth! Thanks, Dave! It's nice to see you having so much fun with AI. Those are just amazing! Good grief, that is seriously next level wrapping and stones! Those are some beautiful and inspiring wraps Tela. I think the hemimorphite botryoidal druzy might be my favorite. It's a striking design. But, I'm really drawn to the Stone Canyon and the Tabu Tabu too. Awesome! Glad you like them. Your work has been pretty inspiring here lately, too. I really enjoy where your experience has taken you. Those are fantastic. Really love the second one. Thanks, James. I'm glad you like them. Thanks for looking. All beautiful, here's hoping your muse returns soon. Been having the same lack of muse here too so know you are not alone. Thanks, Diane. I wish the muse had a switch. Wouldn't that be nice? Some days, I feel like I will never wrap again.

I agree a muse switch would be very nice. Unfortunately we all know there isn't a switch. Sometimes it just takes time. I have no doubt you'll wrap again, you're too much of an artist to let the muse die.

These are all so creative and well executed designs You also took very beautiful photos. The designs on the hemimorphite botryoidal druzy and chrysocolla are so elegant. The arrowhead wire wrapping is so cool... I definitely love that ruby in fuchsite. Want to see more pictures, please!

Well, at least y'all have had a muse, not just a basic rock butcher like me. Your work is amazing, it's like looking at it lets me see things through your eyes. Elizabeth is gifted like that too, every truly high end cab I cut gets run by her for approval at the marked slab stage, and many times she has showed me a better way to frame it. I truly can't choose between the Niccolite and the Royal Imperial.

Bravo. It's always nice to see the tour de force of an artist.
Have these all been sold, and about how many do you currently have in stock to sell?

I truly can't choose between the Niccolite and the Royal Imperial. Thanks Lee. You should post some of Elizabeth's work. From the little bit I've seen she's pretty damn good.
DH helps me a lot. I run things by him sometimes when I am unsure. His input means a lot to me. He's pretty creative, too.
I think your cabbing is extremely good. You think outside the box and I like that.
What a fun way to relive part of your youth! Thanks, Dave! It's nice to see you having so much fun with AI.
Thanks Tella, That's about the only thing I can do nowadays. That's really beautiful. So glad you have an outlet that you can enjoy! It's nice to see your great work again Tela. Now, get your Mojo back! Thanks! I'm working on it. Spent some time today trying to work out a new idea. It may work out- I hope. What a youth! Each one of those is an inspiration in creativity; thanks so much for sharing. Thank you, Susan! The good think about having done so many wraps is I can look back to get ideas. Bravo. It's always nice to see the tour de force of an artist. Have these all been sold, and about how many do you currently have in stock to sell? Thank you! I'm not sure if they are all sold or not. I think probably they are. I quit selling a couple years ago, but I think I have 80 wraps, maybe more, in stock still. I give a lot of them away.

Thank you for sharing them, I hope this thread continues on & on .
I have to admit, that seeing YOUR wire wraps is what made me want to learn to wire wrap, in the first place.
Most peoples "border wraps", are just too whoop-de-do for me. All that wire at the top making bows, and curls & such, it's just not my kind of thing.
HOWEVER, your wraps are different, each & every one of them.
All have thought out, unique characteristics that tie together interestingly.
And NONE of your designs are the same.
We all take breaks from things we do, bounce into other things & back again.
You'll get back to it, when the time is right.
But I hope you'll keep sharing your repertoire, as it's a great inspiration
Patty

It's a beautiful thing to rediscover a lost love. The exhileration of bringing forth excellence and the pushing of boundaries into new frontiers is like a rebirth to me. This seems to be best manifested in the arts and crafts.
