Hi All!!!
You are welcome to visit our online store where we post material for sale and we also are starting to "eBay".
We originally found this material late last spring here in North Africa in the Sahara Desert (ergo; the name).
We live in the states, but are working the digsite right now. That's where I'm emailing from; N. Africa.
Anyways, we're happy to see everybody likes the patterns and we hope to continue to make this amazing jasper available for a loooong time!
We'll keep y'all posted on what our future plans are both here and on our webstore.
We are going to start an "Online Showcase" for finished cabs from lapidaries and all are welcome to submit finished RSJ cabs. We'll post your work and your name for 1000's to view.
Best regards;
Janet & George

That is awesome material Rich. The the top right corners bust out while sawing or was it broken off before?

Tony - That part of the nodule was missing when I got it, probably from when it was cracked/cut open originally.
Larry - Don't know if you looked on page 2 of this thread. There's two pics of the cab from slice #5 (pic on page 1 bottom row middle) First one is after the 280 wheel Further down the page is the finished cab.

These sure are nice. I'd be hard pressed to choose which ones to cab and which ones to face polish. Whichever you do I cant wait to see the results.
