WOW. Very nice pendants. Where do you get the bezels? Is that what you call them? I would like to try a few with some cabs I have. Great job, I like them all. Tonja

Great job John! Very nice shine on them rocks. Yes, indeed, where do you get the bezels and how do you attach? Glue? I think even I could do one of those. If it's difficult, requires patients, involves fire....never mind.

Wow! Thanks for all the compliments, while you guys were reading this I destroyed my second wire wrap. I had that rock wrapped in 45 minutes. Then I went to work on the top, 1.5 hours later I threw the wire away, Man that top do-dad is tough. I bent those wires 6 wires 87 times until they would bend No-mo. LOL I learned a little I think. The cinch mounts came from Kingsley North and are easy to use but the rock has to be a close fit, you slip it in the ring and gently squeeze the top to tighten. That is gently Curt, gently. I broke several. The round ones are made for quarters and I got them from Fire Mountain they are SS and pricey. That is why you like them Kate!!! We are actually going to try a booth at a fall festival here. My wife makes a lot of beaded jewelry, she makes some neat homemade beads that match wedding dresses, some she incorporates the flowers, others she makes to memorialize loved ones, lots of family braclets that have a generational strands with birth stones. So if we sell 100 pieces at 10 dollars each we will have 10% of this years hobby money back. LOL I imagine the above will be Christmas presents!! Thanks again and Thanks again to you Tony john PS, yes the square one is two cabs glued together. I cut two preforms and then ran a grove down each one on the wf, glued them together to make a tunnel, next day I worked it in to a shape and shine. I saw it in a book. john .

Hey John, Did I ever mention that we celebrate Christmas on December 25th, January 6th, and sometime late in July? You missed this year's Christmas in July but you can mark your calendar now for the next two dates. And I don't like the round ones 'cause they are SS and pricey. I like them 'cause they are round!! ;D (And it doesn't hurt that two of them just happen to be made from some of that gorgeous Mozarkite either!!! ) Lots of good luck with your planned sale. Can we see pix of some of your wife's creations, too? Lady B

John those are great, especially for first ones. I doubt anything I put out will come close to these for quite a while.

Beautiful work John. Calibrated cabs are such a challenge to me. Sure you can make them oval, but the get them so they fit in settings is a talent, one that you defenetly have. Great job on all of them. Steve
