Good suggestions! I'm still using the plaster though... but carefully wiping down all the bare metal after a cutting session.. I spray WD-40 (oil) on 'em as well. When I run out of plaster I might try the bondo, E.. but i think it might be a little more expensive than plaster... I use about 4 cups of plaster for every rock and it starts to add up quickly!! I'm thinking the wax would be even more....
