OK, more spoilers
To "awaken the skeleton" you must:
1. Have the CD in the case and on the shrine
2. Have a COLD beer on the shrine (fresh from the fridge)
3. Have the assembled soulbox in your posession (not on the shrine)
4. DO NOT put the framed picture on the shrine (it is not necessary)
5. Open the lock on the skeleton's feet
6. Light the incense
7. Ring the bell

I'm stuck in the red room  I've got a red box, 2 rings, 3 keys, 1 battery, an empty cd case, the paper with the url on it, can't find no metal stick tho Llana, where did you find it? I've clicked all over that freakin bed, nothing happens ... pffffttttt!!!! Cher PS .. got the 2 rings sitting on the box, the one key apparently is for the door but it says the knob won't turn. Arrrgggghhhhh PSS ... found the stick, got the box open, watch the movie see the thing the dancer is pointing at but ..... Arrrggggghhhhhh! PSSS ... Arrgggghhhhh!!! I quit. Can't get out! |

To get the metal stick, lift up the pillow and then click in the space between the mattress and headboard.

I got the stick. I think I got everything needed but it just says the knob won't turn. I put the metal stick on the top of the box with the rings then it opened. Put the battery and the tape in there and saw the movie but am still stuck in the room. What's the little star like thing that appears in the movie that the dancer is pointing at. Still don't know what 1994 has to do with anything.

I guess I'm still missing something. I have 12 items and looking at Rose's first
post, she said you need 13 things to get out. From the top of the items list I have.
1 mystery box ...... 1 battery
1 cd case .......... 1 paper with url
1 gold key .......... 1 silver key
1 cassette ......... 1 metal stick
1 power cord .... 1 door key
1 thick ring ....... 1 thin ring

I have (in the second room): 4 pieces of paper one empty CD case, 2 pictures, 1 empty frame, a bottle of pills and a piece of hairy paper, lighter . Where do you find that soul box, I can't click the blanket anymore - there's nothing to find - nowhere else to click - is there a special way to click it or somewhere special - no idea where the dice are either or the CD nowhere else to look... *taking a little blue pill now Neo* will bring you back to reality with no knowledge of the white rabbit...

*sigh* I had to go into that stupid 2nd room .... Arrggghhhh!!!
I have all of the items (I think) but not making heads or tails out of how to figure what order those tiles go on the dice. Guess it's because they are not the same shape, I am sooo totally confused.

The last two tiles are near the light. Look up. To get the blanket, you need to click on the bike lock wrapped around the skeleton's ankles. |

Where is the Cd where is the key to the red book? The key to the red book is in the skeleton's left hand. You need to "jiggle" the hand to make it fall out. You will find the CD in the red book. |

Oh yeah, I've got the clue after burning the hair off and the paper from the pill bottle. I think I have everything, just need to figure out how the tiles go on the dice. Are the dice in the shape of the cross what you meant about the the soulbox or am I still missing something. Oh yeah, haven't figured out the combination yet but that might be because I wasn't doing it in the right order. Cher |

First of all, you need the soulbox frame. It is found inside the blanket (examine the blanket and click on it a few times)
The first clue is inside the medicine bottle. That has a bunch of Chinese symbols on it.
The second clue you get when you burn the hair. That will show you a bunch of dice arranged in a particular pattern.
If you superimpose the two clues, they will essentially tell you which dice number equals which Chinese symbol.
Arrange the tiles on the soulbox frame in the order dictated by the dice numbers.
That's all you need to do with the soulbox. You don't need to put it anywhere or do anything with it at this point.

Woohoo got the box! That's what I was trying to do, just took me awhile to get the right order on the dice.

PS ... just curious. I read in the help files that the graphics, sound and responses help you with the clues. How much does the sound matter? I don't have speakers so that would make a difference if that helps with the clues.
I'm thinking mostly about the lock, if you're supposed to hear clicks or something when you hit the right number, then I'm lost.

What is up with that, I have the incense lit, the skeleton's feet are unlocked - (a fluke that I found the number), the beer is cold and in the shrine, as is the CD in the case. I have rung the bell but it seems "I have one more thing to add" I have the soulbox assembled and in my posession - I even have the guy's picture in the frame and in my possession - what am I missing???
