Children are the future of the world at large. We are but vessels on the one hand, and on the other, we guide the younger upward. There is nothing more terrifying than haveing a child, nor more rewarding. Debs will take it in stride, I bet you will come unglued! I know I did. I went without sleep, put up with diapers, my friends stopped coming by after a while, and I made new acquaintenances. Looking back, I would not do without the experience. There were times I felt such antipathy I wanted to explode, other times, I had experiences that I would not have experienced without the prescence of our son. To watch them grow!!!! To watch them go from complete dependancy to independance! There are words, but they fall far short from an accurate description. In the beginning, from the first moment when this tiny, helpless, messy creature is put in your arms, the awareness of frailty, the momentus of the responsibility, the total awareness of something transcending materialism, it is something you will never forget. The excitement, as the days pass preparing for the big moment. The big fear, can I handle it? Yeah, you can. One day, you will wonder how you ever managed without it. You will never forget watching such innocence grow. You will even see the world through a childs eyes. Way cool. Congrats and good luck. I share your joy.

Congrats to you and your Mrs. Mark, babies are Gods gift and are so much fun. Awww and it's your first one too, what a wonderful experience it will be for you both. God bless you both with a healthy baby and no problems for mum during the next few months. Darn, makes me want to see my grands. *smile* Keep us informed along the way, and by the way, when is the baby due?

Oh mark! I'm so happy for you. Having a baby is the one thing in my life that I never expected to do, and is the most important thing I've ever accomplished. All the best to you and your missus for a happy and healthy kidlet.
