Herm!!!! A BOMB? Now that has happened to me too!!! There was some nut case that blew up the front of an ex-wifes house- happened one road over from my parents (when I was still living there) Scared the holy Jesus out of us- If I remeber correctly- he blew up her house- and 3 of her kids- they did catch the nutso- and no one was seriously hurt- but scary none the less

We just had a 3.4 here in Berkeley this morning. I'm not looking forward to the 7+ that is predicted for this area.

When the Loma Prieta hit, I was waiting for my wife to pick me from work. Felt the quake, seemed to last longer than most, then decided that standing under these giant windows wasn't a good and that perhaps I should stand in the parking lot. My biggest concern was getting home in time for the World Series (Giants and A's). I'm a life long California. I am so blase about them these days, until the really BIG hits! Cal
