Spacemanspliff aka Jim, left our casino to go to another one closer to his home. He doesn't have computer access at home ( or at least he didn't) and I'm thinking the new employer doesn't allow internet use at work. Sure hope he gets online soon, I miss my buddy!

I know Inflight22 had some "personal life stuff" to deal with and opted out of the travelling rock box. Not sure if it's temporary or not.  I get super busy or distracted with other things going on in my life & sometimes I only sign in to check for PM's.  People come & people go but the rocks are here to stay.  |

How about Pebbels and Bam Bam? (I know Bam Bam got mad and left but Pebbles stuck around for awhile after that.) Sure don't see enough of Banjo.

trish checks in when she can but she has been really busy. i talked to her on the phone about a month ago and asked about pebbles. she was going to send pebbles a note to see how she was doing. i'd like to get back up to trish's area when it cools off. i like to look in all the rockshops but i enjoy visiting her best of all.
and that cookie does need to check in doesn't she? cookie where are you?!
and hawk needs to update us on the camper.

Oh damn I forgot about that camper- I saw one this summer- Damndest little thing- I wanted to take pictures- but the owners asked that I not- as they sell the plans. I honored their requests-
I also miss 69beeper- he was up in ALaska- I saw littlejimmie poking around Yesterday- And what was that guys name up in Maine??

i get the occasional joke from Cookie. when's the last time we heard from Deepsouth? i know Bearcreek and his wife are headed to Biloxi and may be out of internet service for a while. whatever happened to Texmom? haven't heard from Duckbean in a while. Slim7309 dropped off the radar, too.
i must admit i haven't had time to keep up with everything, but at least i log in everyday.

I sent James a gift but the company that sent it are well - lets just say not very helpful - Edmunds Scientifics. They charged my credit card and James never got the tumbler I ordered - I get some toss from them - you all know how it is. But at the end of the day James never got my gift to him and Edmund Scientifics got my cash. Im in the UK - what can I do ?? Nothing - and they know it. I modified this as I was drifting into swearing again... tut tut - cant do that now with a baby in the house |

Yeah, where are all those rockers? I miss them too! You should be able to file a complaint with your credit card company I would think. What kind of service is this that you used? Would it have been better to use another like UPS?

norocksinlouisiana - Hi - it was last christmas and by the time i mailed them back and forth and was basically "shut up" - the case was closed and I thought well I may as well cut my losses and run.
of course though it is James that lost out on the deal and he sent me a SERIOUSLY great load of rocks and I wanted to reciprocate - of course I have no rough so I ordered him the tumbler.
I suppose we live and learn.

Debs delivery was all down to the Edmund people - I just ordered from here and asked if they could ship direct to James in the US. I gave them James's address. With this in mind I am not sure who they use as their carrier.
You wouldnt believe how Ive been let down by a bank recently - not doing what I instructed them to......... thats another story.
All is smoooooooooooooth though generally - I hope its all smooooooooooooooth for you guys aswell.
