I thought maybe it was going to be like the VW Beetle with the jet engine that someone posted not too long ago. That's still a cool idea! Toss in some hotdogs, burgers and steaks and you'll have a great traveling cookout - Meals on Wheels.

earth i seen one of these set ups when i was younger and they had spark plugs threaded into the tail pipes with wires run away from the heat of the pipes to an off/on switch then to 12/volt i think it went to battery but i could be mistaken maybe after the coils but it a simple set up and all it does is burn the excess gas that didn't burn in the cylinders
im sure theres a hitech way to do the same thing now but back then thats was the trick -- im sure you could find something like the elec pizo's in the newer lighters now that would work woith less damage to the pipes like i said they had sparkplugs threaded right through the sides

SWands, alot of the old truckers used to do that with their straight pipes on the semi and when they hit the "jake brake" it would light up. I'm gonna do some searching on the net. If I can find a cheap way to do it, I might just put it on. That would really make my hog unique. I just don't want to blow up. I still have some payments left to make.

Yeah Earthdog - It is pretty cool stuff! It reminds me of when I was younger and into model rocketry. I would strap a rocket tube on anything that I could find - model cars, boats, skateboards or anything else that would move. I'm glad that didn't carry over into adulthood as I probably would have blown myself up by now!?! LOL It looks like you've got a good start with your diagrams - I can see some flames in your up and coming pictures! ;D
