It starts at the top and if THEY don't care, you can damn sure betcha, no one else will either.
You got a job at a place where the brass don't want things to disturb their happy homes and they will turn their head away & tell you they didn't see it. My brother...you got one choice as I see it & that's to find another place to get your paycheck.
But...I sure would let the proper people know what's going on once you leave! Try to find someone new...someone hungry in the area that could be...I think Susan once called it..."a shit disturber"...(that's so funny...apologies to anyone it offends, but it really is hysterical!)
Maybe someone at DOT or the State Police that's new & wanting to make a name...
