Wow! Thanks so much for all your advice, everyone! So much more than I had hoped for!
Have changed my order a little, but still going w/ 20g DS square and 22g HH half round, in smaller amounts. I'm gonna start with SS and wait on the gold filled stuff.
Jonje, the ounce thing was very helpful! I was trying to put a price on the ounces vs. ft., doing a lot of math (funny, it fit right in w/my son's advanced algebra). You took care of that for me, broke my order down to ounces, from which I can calculate a cost.
(AArgh! Silver is pricey! But I expected that, budgeted for it etc.)
However, now I am considering ordering argentium instead of SS? Pros/Cons?
Already did order the SS, gotta start somewhere, right?
Still debating, a little...
