For all the Morgan Hill cabs you make, Ed, you must be a patient man. I've cut about 25 slabs so far, from four different chunks, and quite a few fell apart either off the blade or in my hand. So when I started eyein' them up for cabs tonight, I'd smack 'em on the bench to get it over with, hopefully. The tumbler pile is growing. All four chunks were completely different inside, just like the slabs you posted.

Thanks everyone. Tony, the opal was a bit touchy to work, it had a soft spot that kept wanting to flatten out. Rich, I have the same problem so most of the MHPJ cabs are smaller than usual. Opticon does help to stabilize some of the fractures, if you can get it to work properly. I've also had some luck using super glue on pieces that I've started cabbing and discover it's got some hidden fractures.

Great cabs as usual, Ed! It's hard to me to pick a fav, but still that old collection agate has a particular charm.

I missed this lot somehow, way nice there Ed. Like that blarney cab, nice tubes. All are very nice, but my fav is the Condor. If you recut the condor into a teardrop i will buy it from ya? I would buy it from ya even if you dont recut it, but its so close and will make a hugh difference in my opinion. Thanks for sharing.

Outstanding cabs Ed. That Chrysocolla is nice and I like the WW a lot. That guadalupe has gotta be my fave. Wow. Those colors are very unusual for that rock. Great work. Steve
