I spent the 39th anniversary of my existence keepin' my cabber company ;D Cranked out a few stones and then, thanks to my dear sweet Christa, I got to play with my new camera!! ;D ;D I guess I'll need to start doing better work as this new macro setting captures each and every flaw detail! heh Here's the latest: Blue Lace Red Plume (version 2.0) Boulder Opal Detroit Agate (Fordite). Polished up nice.. but not the liquid shine I was looking for. Maybe I need to use Turtle Wax.. heh Azurite, malachite, hematite and prolly about 6 other 'ites' lol Charoite. This is the most frustrating chippy sh.. stuff that I've worked so far. Sure is pretty tho Thanks a bunch for looking

This thread deserves a "Holy Crap"!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sorry to be crude but that is the term for seriously outstanding cabs in this section. Man it is hard to pick, the blue, the boulder and the very unique Detroit. Never seen that type stone before, incredible job on all!

These are all just gorgeous. I think my favorite has to be the red plume. Congrats on the new camera. Looks like you know how to use it real good.

They are all very pretty as well as the other in broken rainbow thread.. The lace and boulder opal and that detroit agate are my faves. I've never seen the Detroit agate before. I love all those swirly colors.

That's a great way to spend your birthday Brian, Happy Birthday. Excellent cabs. You gotta do something about the shine though, I can see your camera in the reflection. Nice pics too.

I really like that minerally one (you know, the +3 ites?). The shape and colors are just really nice... I've just decided to stop drooling over the boulder opal until I work up the courage to play with some myself.

What a neat birthday you had and you shared your presents with all of us, too. Hope you never get bored with all of us telling you how beautiful your cabs are. We but speak the truth!
I especially love the Detroit Agate...it could be the surfboard for John BuiltonRock.'s Poem: Boogie Board Blowfish!
Again...thanks for sharing.

Happy Birthday - looks like you had a great one !!! A++ on the photos and Cabs Brian, totally addictive eye candy! I gotta get me some wheels..... I personally couldn't see any "details!" But if you can - then it just proves its a natural material and therefore adds further authenticity Cheers All, Harry.

Man, I really like that Fordite. Looks painted on. They are all great, and good pics as usual.... even with a new birthday camera you got 'em to look good. Must be a born photographer. T
