I think the actual nickname came from "Our Blood His Guts" how ever the nickname for Patton was "Old Blood and Guts" Unless you look before he was a general and then it was "Green Hornet" but I don't see how that would apply to this cab. If the key to the name is "Old" though I defer to "Ladyb"
