Congrats, Michaeljohn. Squid never came to mind at all for me (it's been too long since I read Moby Dick--is there a squid in that story, too?) Now if the clue had been Jules Verne or 20,000 Leagues...well, I still wouldn't have thought of Squiddy. :-) Very, very clever of you.

Actually, I owe it to my son's friend who is a Matrix fanatic. I asked him if he could think of any marine animals or seafood in the movies, and he said, "No, just Squiddies, but they're machines."
Then I remembered that there was a giant squid in Moby Dick.
One of the clues said it ended in Y or IE.
Looks like I have a reason to start learning to wire-wrap now! Thank you!
