No, the "2" is not part of the number. That is how many times he posted. I just pasted the posting list into Excel, and did not delete the 1 & 2. The random numbers that were generated all all between 0 and .99999999999 and are sorted lowest to highest inthe 3rd column.
SOrry for any confusion. Should have just said I picked a number out of a hat.
