Here's today's batch. As I was cabbing, the slab saw and tumbler were going and I realized that I had three "different" pieces of equipment going at one time. ;D Yep, what started out as showing my wife that rocks can be polished has turned into my obsession. Anyhow, here's a few more from today. The cinch mount is another first for me. They are a bit challenging since you have tro be very careful not to make the cab too big or too small, but somehow I got it right. ;D Sheep creek agate is in the cinch mount, the other two are porcelain jasper and blue granite..... Breccia from Kim... Wonderjasper and Crazy lace (guess which one is crazy lace) lol

Great combination of materials! Sheep Springs is real nice and boy, that's a heck of a nice full pattern fortification in that lace cab.....Mel

You're doing a great job getting the calibrated sizes down; better than I can do. Nice looking pendants too.

Really nice Randy.. Say, do you make or purchase your settings. I have been putting off setting my cabs because just not comfortable with buying the pronged type settings. I have this glitch that makes me feel like if I cant learn how to silversmith, then just not going to set my cabs. Those settings look ok though.... Is it just me, or are they a little more meat to them than most. Look nice By the way, I love the hot rods !

Thanks for the great comments, y'all are #1!! ...All y'all!! ;D TaoGem- The settings were part of a deal that I did with Cheryl (floydsrocks). They're very sturdy and really easy to work with. I like'm alot.

Beautiful work! I think it's harder to make a cab when you already have the frame.

Yep, you have to make it perfect, if it doesn't turn out perfect then it's time to get the wire out. ;D
