Of course you can, but I think you also may ;D Eitherway, what's the "ugly" word in the title for? Besides, if I remember correctly, that was done before.

If someone here, an RTH member, did a trade or buy - especially if it was posted in the Buy, Sell, Swap area - then the report should be made in that area.
If you mean a non RTH member, someone who you had an ebay or other off board transaction with, and you just want to post a warning here, I guess nobody can stop you.
But I for one think it has no business here. RTH is primarily a consumers board. Thats why we have a heads up section about vendors. This is not really a place for vendors to network or to pick up prospects. While it might help some other RTH member who does a bit of selling to hear about a problem, it takes us one step closer to being more of a professional forum instead of a hobbyist forum. Just my opinion.

Sorry, Brent. Bieng a native non-English speaker, I might get wrong about the correct use of "can" vs "may".
And I think the word "ugly" from the title "the good, the bad and the ugly" of this section is supposed to allow negative comments, too.
That was all about.

I agree with Adrian if you can post positive comments about a purchase or sell then you should post negative comments also. If someone is not doing the right thing then other members need to know. Just my 2cents Keith

Keith, I agree if that someone is a member. I think you will find a long thread started by EarthDog in the BSW area about the obligation to report sour deals.
My remark only meant that since this is not a vendor's forum, it might be better to keep non-RTH transactions off the board - except for members transactions with various established vendors that this section is intended for. What if that buyer joins up and posts a rebuttal, What if we start having long bitter threads about stuff that had nothing to do with RTH?
But hey, nobody is obliged to give my opinions any particular weight - one way or the other.

If you bought something from a RTH'er then that RTH'er became a vendor. Post it here if you like. It is called "the good the bad and the ugly"
