Looks like rusty water stained Morrisonite or something long those lines (I get those that almost have orbs a tad bit mixed-up sometimes).

Morrisonite is a good bet all right. Could also be Gary Green (Larsonite) Jasper from the McDermitt area which can show very similar patterns in some pieces.....Mel
