Lynn I wiil try to put up some larger pics for you, or a link to them. I keep them small for dial up users. The holes for the pillow block bearing are drilled 1/32" larger than bolt size. the bearing has slotted holes and self aligning (bearing will move in housing) Yes what You said about snap ring on right side of pulley. There is also a snap ring on the left side of the left bearing that holds the 2 wheels on the left. If I built another one I would not use snap rings. I would put spacers between all bearings, wheels and pulley and tighten it all together.
