Hi, everyone!
Today I received the box with the leaves for the tree contest. This would had been enough to sustain the thread's title. But it was even more than this! ;D
I received not one, but two boxes!
The first one was from Nichole, with the leaves from all of you. You can see those leaves in the thread of the contest - page 6. But in that box there was more than leaves:
Kate - Lady B sent me a gorgeous moss agate slab, in order to cab it if I need some extra leaves. Thank you Kate, that material is so beautiful and I am going to make some leaves out of it, for sure:

Raqui sent me something that I'm not sure of, but I think they are polishing disks for dremmel. aren't they? The blue ones look more coarse and the pink ones more smooth.

And she also sent me two cute quartz crystals, each of them having two points:

Thank you Raqui, I can't wait to use the polishing mini-wheels they really are useful for the hidden, concave surfaces. And those crystals are a beauty.
Well folks, and there was some more in that box! Remember those beautiful cabs that Nichole posted a while ago?

All of them are gorgeous, and I commented her thread saying that the pet wood and the rutile are my favorites and I also stated that to me the rutile looks like a crown jewel.
Well, Nichole reaction was to sent to me those two cabs, together with another one which is not less stunning:

Sorry, Nichole, I was so wrong when I told you the rutile is a crown jewel: all the three of them are crown jewels!
You overwhelmed me with this gift, Nichole, I already didn't know how to thank you for your help with the leaves but this really was the cherry on the cake! Well, three cherries in fact, not only one. ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png)
And, talking about cakes, here's another one:
I told you I got two boxes today. The other one is from Tony, who sent me the leaves separately. He also sent me a gorgeous pet wood stump. And he used some killer slabs as filler! Have a look:

This pet wood is simply gorgeous, it has all: bright colors, bark, grain, knots! Even the heart of the trunk is visible

Some cool nodules:

This one is pretty heavy. Any ID please?

In the pic above there's another opalised wood chunk with amazing grain.
Some breath taking pietersite:

Tony, your generosity is legendary on the board and still this box surprised me by ist variety and quality of specimens. Thank you so much!
Nichole and Tony, what more can I say, friends? You really left me speech-less!
Thank you all for looking,
Adrian
