Graceful? ? Are you kidding me, there was no gracefulness. It was me screaming at Tony to hold the darn cable, which like he really couldn't do, but somehow I thought it wasn't as shaky, and him talking me across it. Notes: 1. He had me cross first!!! I guess he would see if I fell, how bad the injuries were!!! 2. I'm lazy, it was freezing and it was pouring when we crossed, so I thought die now, or walk a million miles up some wet bank and fall!!! 3. Tony is the calmest man I have ever met, he really handles me well, we are total opposites and it is a good thing!! Cause if we was as crazy as me, we would both be dead!! 4. The kiss after he crossed was worth it :cheesy: 5. Duh John, I just got that, he probably did know. I don't know what got into me, but I was going to overcome that fear!! 6. We did have a really fun day, although then we were done, I had driven the Navigator which I have not been driving all winter since I got the other car that is better on gas, and Tony had to jump the day before because I never started it. So now I am cold, wet, cranky, thirsty, etc, and the darn truck doesn't start!! I thought no AAA tow truck will ever find us....... well finally a man in a pick up with 2 wild dogs came and jumped me, but the truck still wouldn't start...........well turns out I didn't have it in park the whole way, whoops!!!! LOL!!! 7. Need I say more about St. Tony!!! Amber

LOL You gals are so funny. I'm no saint and it was nothing to talk Amber across. The only reason I let her go first is that the bank on the starting side was flatter and I could grab the wire at a better spot to steady it for her. I did test the wire first to show her it was strong and easy to move on. If she fell, which I was positive wouldn't happen, she would have just landed in 3 feet of water and would not have been injured. I wouldn't have let her do anything I thought was unsafe.

The memories of that trip will be with you till the day you die, and that makes it all worth it. Being able to bring home some nice rock is just icing on the cake. Garry

Tony I think your odds of seeing the full picture are about as good as me winning the power ball lottery and I don't even play. lol Dumby me forgot the camera so I only had the one photo on my cell phone. We will go back soon and I'll get a better picture of her doing it.
