Wowsers Jamie those are fantastic! Did you hound most of them or where they from Koenig's pile? Is the chrysocolla from your mine? You don't mind if I do a little midnight raid while we're in AZ do ya? ;D

Jamie, are you sure you are using the IMG code at the bottom of the code list? I know it sounds redundant but, I can post your shots with the IMG code copied and pasted. Your slide show is awesome. ![8-)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/cool.png) Geoff

Okay, I have renamed the folder the pics are in, now I move the pics to a new folder on photobucket. Hopefully I will be able to post them in just a few minutes.

I'm glad you guys liked the slide show. Yes Tony, you will stay busy for hours hunting in our yard when you and Amber come to visit. Thanks so much for all the help in getting my pictures posted, that was so frustrating.
Again, A big hello to all the new members.

That is cool. Perfect rattlesnake, a bit colorful but it looks like a snake to me. Here is another rattlesnake we caught on our back porch, he wasn't too happy about it either.......it kept biting the PVC pipe I used for my snake catching stick.

Boy Lee, you have good visualization. Would never have seen it had you not highlighted it for me.
Jamie, Yikes! Too close for comfort for me. How the heck do you catch a snake with a PVC pipe?

I took a long piece of bailing wire, threaded it down through the PVC pipe, made a loop at the end and then ran the wire back through the pipe again so one hand could control the size of the wire loop while the other hand is holding the PVC pipe.
I had to come up with something, I had visions of Rodney pulverizing my concrete patio by using his shovel skills to take care of the snake.

Lee, you have great vision and that is a snake in that rock...The real one is beautiful in the picture but I can sure do without them! Was always worried in Texas when gardening that I might just reach in to pull a weed and get a snake. That just happened too often there for comfort! Did you take him way out and release? Fran
