What? No pics Nancy? Come on, bald is beautiful. Hey, we could get you some crocheted/knitted caps and attach some pretty rocks to it. When you get mad at the nurses you just swing your head to and fro.....the rocks will knock em for a loop. HAHAHAHA
You hang in there and keep your sense of humor. Next trip to Tony & Chris's house we're comin to visit!!!!

Hmmm, if you swing your head to and fro and knock the nurses out, I guess you stand a good chance of knocking yourself out too. I didnt think that one out to well. LOL Shan

Hair is highly over-rated in my opinion.

Nancy, the best fighters are almost always bald. I think the body has excess energy that's not being used for growing hair, so it puts it to work building strength. Hang in there, kid - better days a-comin'! Tom

Oh Nancy, I know that even though you know it may happen, it is still a shock when it does. It comes back though and you are a true fighter who will win this battle! We are all here pulling for you! Fran

So you are saying that your head is a cabochon? The word in french means "bald head"
Hope you are feeling ok, I'm thinking about you often.

Hey Nance, Now you can get some sexy wigs and try out all kinds of new looks!
I don't know if anybody knows this, but Nancy's husband Bruce shaved his head in support. Puts a huge smile on my face. Really cool thing to do.

Nancy: Like my cousin said, you will not have to shave your legs for a while! You still have something us old dudes will never have.......yours will grow back, whislt ours just went south never to return. Me, I am OK without the hair, except with out the hair, hats are required to prevent sunburning ther top of the head. It is good to see that you have a supporting husband, and that you are in good spirits. Woody

Hey Nancy, After my husband lost his hair to chemo a couple years ago it came back super thick and a steel grey color that it had never been before. It continues the same way now. My best friend tried the wigs, the hats, and then decided she just preferred to let her head shine. She is as beautiful as ever and inspires all who know her. She continues to travel, act on stage on any local production that happens and enjoys life to the fullest. YOu can too.

Well, I think you look striking.! You still have a smile on your face, and a glimmer in your eyes, so spirits must be at least ok. Lets hear it for bravery!!!! Marie

Nancy, I am so proud of you! You are a fighter and you will win! In support of your fight, I am posting a pic of my bald head in Oct 2004. I just celebrated 5 years cancer free. I am here for you and sending all of my love and prayers! By the way..........my hair grew back in grey (salt & pepper) so I dye it!
