I think you did order from the wrong place. wow. I order most of my parts USL&J. They have the best prices I have found. A belt for the 33B, which will fit the CE , is a $1.40 each. I always keep extra parts, jusi in case something breaks.
At the bottom of their page you will find ( tumbler parts ).
