Ralph has been waiting and waiting to cab some of this material until he thought he could make a cab without messing it uo..... Here's the results and I think he did a wonderful job. Oval Gem Silica Beautiful Green but we don't think its chrysoprase Blue and Green Victoria Stone ty mary ann

Beautiful! Love the Vic and that is a great green on the other..and I'm colorblind and usually can't enjoy green, but I like that one. T

Wow, those are all gems! Tell me about gem silica - is it real hard to cab, is it crumbly, or what? It's beautiful material, for sure.

the gem grade silica I have worked with fractures easily but works up well and takes a great polish, same thing with gem grade peruvian opal. Would also like to hear how it worked up for Ralph

Damn Ralph was getting into the good stuff!!!!!!! Holy crap I love that victoria stone, I feel so bad you gave us some of the green stuff last August, Mel said it was Mtorolite when I cabbed it, these are stunning!!!!!!!

it worked up very easy. this stone does have a fracture which did upset him.... but still turned out beautiful. Its just a blue as in the picture. He didn't have any problems working either material he said.... and it took a great shine. My picutres i might have to try not so much sunlight, they are a bit bright....

That Victoria stone, coming in different and sharp colors, is it natural? The green one has the same green as malachite. I think there's a Victoria Stone leaf in each of the trees I made one year ago, if I remember well they come from Brian - beefjello. Isn't it, Brian?
